Therefore, we may sometimes require information including, without limitation, images, text, paragraphs, and/ or information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular person, household, or electronic device. This includes, but is not limited to, information about individuals under the age of thirteen (13), households including individuals under thirteen (13), and/or electronic devices used by individuals under thirteen (13) (collectively, “Your Content”).

The Products and Services are for your own personal use only. When you submit Your Content,  you grant TS Gifts & More LLC a worldwide, nonexclusive, fully paid-up, royalty-free, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to remake, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly perform, publicly display, train artificial intelligence with, and otherwise use and exploit Your Content to provide the Services and promote other services we think may interest you. You affirm and guarantee that you own Your Content or hold a written license or other legitimate permission from the applicable rights owner(s) (such as your photographer) and/or other rights to make Your Content available to us for use with the Products and  Services you order.

Without limiting the generality of the previously mentioned paragraph, you acknowledge and agree that TS Gifts & More LLC can work with Your Content to provide you with the Services and Products. For instance, TS Gifts & More LLC might need to copy, display, modify, upload, post, publish, email, or otherwise transmit (including to other countries) the content you provided when making the Products. TS Gifts & More LLC might also distribute the content when shipping the Products to you. The license granted above allows TS Gifts & More LLC  to do this without you charging us any royalty since we are using Your Content to provide the Services and Products to you.

We will retain the content on our database so it will be available for your future use, making it easier for you to reprint entire orders or use elements of the content in new orders without needing to provide it again. TS Gifts & More LLC’s use of Your Content is limited to the scope of the Services and Products it provides. Rest assured, TS Gifts & More LLC will never use the content to promote or market the Services to others without your permission.

Ordering and Payment

• All purchases from this website are governed by our terms and conditions.
• When placing an order to buy any product from our website, you must ensure that the details you provide are true and accurate. All sales are final.

Availability

We try our best to keep our website up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all our products will always be available. If any of our products are not available, we will aim to deliver it within ____________ days. If we fail to dispatch the product within _________ days, you can approach us and get your order canceled, and we will refund your money in full.

Order Cancellation
